Thomas H Wood is a well-established family run Cardiff estate agency with two busy and dynamic offices in Whitchurch and Radyr. We have been helping people put down roots across North Cardiff for over 50 years and due to the continued success of the business, we are now looking for an Office Administrator & Sales Team Support.
The successful applicant will need to be dedicated, organised and client focused. You will need to have experience of being part of an office based team, bags of enthusiasm and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resilience, positivity and an eye for detail are a must. We recognise the transferable skills from other industries, so previous estate agency experience is not essential as full training will be offered.
Main roles and responsibilities to include and not limited to:
- To communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, buyers and solicitors.
- To deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Sales progression and keeping up to date with the local residential housing market.
- Update and maintain website, online portals and social media.
- Book viewings, market appraisals and diary management.
- A full driving license is essential.
- Saturdays are included on a rota basis with a day off in the week in lieu.

Job Types: Full time on a permanent basis.
Salary: Negotiable, dependant on experience.
Work Pattern:
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (week one)
- Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week (week two)
- Saturday opening hours 9am to 4pm
