Why Thomas H Wood?
We are an independent family business with a passion and proven track record of helping our customers find the right homes at the right time and ensuring those selling or letting their property get a fair price and a sound return on their investment.
Founded by Thomas H Wood in 1970, the company is now managed by Tom’s sons John and Paul Wood who learnt everything about the industry by working alongside their father and listening to our customers. The brothers have assembled a friendly, enthusiastic team whose knowledge of the city and expertise is second to none, helping our customers feel at home and enjoy a smooth property journey.

For over 50 years, our experienced team has been helping people to buy, sell, rent and let in the capital. Initially trading on Park Place in the heart of Cardiff with two members of staff, we later moved to North Road and steadily grew our team.
It’s important to us to have a presence in the communities we serve so in 2007 we put down roots in Whitchurch, before expanding into Radyr with a second office in 2015.
Local touch
Our portfolio stretches the breadth of Cardiff and south Wales, including both commercial and residential property.
