When we were buying a house where Thomas H Wood was the estate agent, we received far more updates from them during the sales process than we did from the estate agents we were actually paying. Holly called every week and often had more information than anyone else.
If the experience was like that for us as buyers, it’s a very good sign — and they will definitely be the first estate agent we contact if we ever (hopefully not!) sell in the future.
