The area’s Comprehensive School has more than 1,400 pupils from across west Cardiff, plus a large Sixth Form college with roughly 300 students. There is also an active adult education centre.
Whitchurch
Whitchurch is a suburb community located roughly 3 miles to the north of Cardiff. People are drawn to this area, not only for its prime location but also thanks to its appealing character.
Transport
If you’re planning on commuting to Cardiff city centre for work, Whitchurch could be ideal for you. It has road access on the M4 and AA70 for those who drive. If you don’t have a car, you’ll find yourself between two of the urban Valley Lines rail networks. Plus, you have the option of getting the bus, which frequently runs to Cardiff City Centre.
Education
If you have children or plan to have children, schools in Whitchurch have an excellent reputation. Whether you opt for an English or Welsh-speaking school, you’ll find brilliant options.
